"For this reason, make every effort to add to your faith, goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge self control; and to self control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you posses these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ!" 2 Peter 1:5-8
Faith is attributed to many good characters, faith is something that is active, it is continuously growing. Faith is not faith if it will not reflect in us, our ways, in our speech, in every decision we are making.
Faith has the ability to exercise goodness, even when it seems hard to be good to others at times, even when we feel awful over something or someone. Faith is tenacious, the unending perseverance to achieve something that is worthy of our time and our value a a person.
Faith is directly proportional to love, it should be the ultimate by product of our faith. Indeed it is when we truly love that we grasp the real essence of faith.
