Home At Last

I waited this long

I believed that one day God will bring me to you

When I saw you, it feels like I’m totally home

The more I get to know you

The more I see that the one piece of missing puzzle has finally been completed

Oh how I miss you everyday

I dream for a day that we will be going home together

I want to take care of you when you are sick

I want to be the first one to hear your stories, to laugh at your jokes even it doesn't sound like a joke.

I wish to take long walks with you

Country walks, City walks, walking under the starry night sky, I want to spend those moments with you

Holding your hand would be such a profound experience

That I will treasure every day that I am living

I pray that God will give you an eye that will see me the most beautiful

May he give you a heart that is set to find me as the one you truly love

May he give you an ear that is attune of listening  to every word I speak

And a hand to hold me that will make me feel I'm not alone

When I see you, I see the one that loves my soul

When I hear you speak, I listen to the one who calms and makes me still

You are my sun that shines in the dark

And my twilight that makes me feel I am finally home at last
